Subsea Tie Back - Concept to First Oil Lead Planning Engineer supplied specifically to assume responsibility for an Overall Integrated Alliance Programme for the Amerada Hess Perth Field Development.
This involved the development of one Integrated Level 3 Plan covering Reservoir Engineering, Topsides and Subsea Engineering, Procurement, Implementation, Well Technology and Drilling taking the Project from Concept to First Oil. This was achieved by producing a detailed logic linked plan and budget (for resources, equipment procurement, sub-contracts, fabrication, Installation Vessels and Drilling costs) incorporating each Alliance partner’s work scope along with all the Client’s activities including legislative consents and notifications throughout the Project. All Project Planning, Cost Control and Progress Measurement was driven by the Integrated Level 3 Plan and processed using the companies Oracle based Integrated Work Management System (IWMS).
Subsea Tie Back - Engineering Lead Planning Engineer supplied specifically to produce and maintain detailed Project Programmes integrated with the Project Cost Budgets for specific pieces of FEED and Pre-Engineering work for Kerr McGee’s Gryphon Expansion Project. This involved the production of detailed plans and budgets supported by design CTRs, deliverable schedules for each scope of requirements. All Project Planning, Cost Control and Progress Measurement was carried out using the companies Oracle based Integrated Work Management System (IWMS).
Subsea Tie Back - Engineering & Modifications Lead Planning Engineer supplied specifically for developing and maintaining a detailed integrated Project Programme and Cost Control Budget for the Mossgas Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Offshore Installation contract for the Mossgas FA Platform Satellite Field Development Topsides Modifications.
Subsea Tie Back - Project ControlsLead Planning / Cost Engineer supplied for the Topsides/Subsea Construction and Installation Planning and Cost Control of the Sun Oil Glamis and Blair fields development. This involved producing a master project plan using from which a work package structure was developed to form the basis of a progress monitoring and cost control system. Producing monthly cost reports on accruals, commitments and forecast to complete figures against budget and producing quarterly budget reforecasts from linked databases. Monitoring contracts, purchase orders and invoices, liaising with all departments on and offshore and logging any contractor's claims of additional work.
